Our website uses functions provided by the web analytics service “Google Analytics”, which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Cookies are used for this purpose and facilitate an analysis of the use of your website by your users. The information generated is transferred to and stored on the provider’s server.

We have concluded a corresponding agreement for commissioned data processing with the provider.

Your IP address is captured but immediately [zB durch Löschung der letzten 8 Bit]pseudonymised (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that your location can only be approximated.

The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the applicable clauses of the US law (Privacy Shield).

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions set out in Section 96(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Art. 6(1) sentence 1(a) (consent) and/or sentence 1(f) (legitimate interest) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our purpose within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer and our website. Because the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised.

User data is stored for a period of 26 months.
